Shaun Kernahan is the founder and lead writer of Three Quarter Slot, where he blends scouting precision with a storyteller’s eye for the human side of the game. Amateur Scouting Team
Sam Posner is a junior at the George Washington University, studying history, and is originally from Natick, Massachusetts. He played baseball for nearly a decade, and most recently, he served as the Senior Media Intern for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He is a fan of the Boston Red Sox, his dog Felix, the 4-6-3 double play, and honestly believes that baseball would be better if all players wore high socks. @sposner212
Eric Dillinger is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Erie High School, entering his 3rd season as the Head Coach and 8th season overall. Dillinger was the pitching coach at Erie prior to becoming head coach. At the club level, he has coached nationally for multiple organizations including the Colorado Yard Dawgs, the Colorado Rockies Scout program, and USA Prime. Dillinger is also currently the General Manager for D-BAT NW Denver. In addition to his duties as GM, he is also a senior pitching instructor. He is certified in Rapsodo Pitching and is also Driveline Certified (Pitch Design). Beyond coaching on the field, Dillinger enjoys helping athletes in the recruiting process. He has helped over 30 athletes find homes at the next level (Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, Junior College, NAIA). Coach Dillinger comes from a baseball family. His oldest son Ethan, is a pitcher at the United States Air Force Academy, son Evan, is a senior catcher at Erie High School, and youngest son Ean who is following in both of his brother’s footsteps. @EricDillinger
