Based in Parker, Colorado, he has covered baseball prospects at every level since 2013, delivering in-depth evaluations, draft analysis, and developmental insight. Amateur Scouting Team
Sam Posner is a junior at the George Washington University, studying history, and is originally from Natick, Massachusetts. He played baseball for nearly a decade, and most recently, he served as the Senior Media Intern for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He is a fan of the Boston Red Sox, his dog Felix, the 4-6-3 double play, and honestly believes that baseball would be better if all players wore high socks. @sposner212
Eric Dillinger is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Erie High School, entering his 3rd season as the Head Coach and 8th season overall. Dillinger was the pitching coach at Erie prior to becoming head coach. At the club level, he has coached nationally for multiple organizations including the Colorado Yard Dawgs, the Colorado Rockies Scout program, and USA Prime. Dillinger is also currently the General Manager for D-BAT NW Denver. In addition to his duties as GM, he is also a senior pitching instructor. He is certified in Rapsodo Pitching and is also Driveline Certified (Pitch Design). Beyond coaching on the field, Dillinger enjoys helping athletes in the recruiting process. He has helped over 30 athletes find homes at the next level (Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, Junior College, NAIA). Coach Dillinger comes from a baseball family. His oldest son Ethan, is a pitcher at the United States Air Force Academy, son Evan, is a senior catcher at Erie High School, and youngest son Ean who is following in both of his brother’s footsteps. @EricDillinger
Jordan Durrell is a So-Cal based baseball coach and evaluator who currently serves as a Head JV baseball coach and Varsity assistant coach, working daily in player development, game preparation, and talent evaluation. As a former collegiate catcher, he brings a catcher’s perspective to the craft, valuing the details that impact winning as much as measurable tools. His experience around high school, collegiate, and professional baseball has fueled his passion for understanding how players grow and ultimately succeed at higher levels of the game. Jordan is committed to continuing his development in scouting and analysis with the long-term goal of working professionally in baseball operations and contributing to organizational success wherever he goes. @EVALU8RJD
