Yes, Three Quarter Slot seems like it can’t get a true path. But that is about to change. This is officially becoming my online resume. I will simply put together scouting reports that are just that. Written as scouting reports based on what I saw. No comps, no colorful writing, just real, raw, observations. These won’t be for the casual fan, these are aimed toward improving my skills as a scout and ability to write scouting reports for a decision maker. I have created a template that all future posts should be formatted in and am posting a blank version below. The Scout Type section is going to be First Hand, TV, or Video Research. In organization, it will be the MLB organization, or the school with the next available draft year in parenthesis. Level will be either the MiLB level  I see them at, College, or High School. Position will be the position they play on the day of the report, not the position I see them fitting best in. And that is how things will go…until I change my mind again and do something different.
