| Summary: The son of Los Angeles Dodgers Director of Amateur Scouting, Billy Gasparino, Will has certainly inherited elite baseball IQ, and plenty of talent to go with it too. There are plenty of plus tools here including speed and athleticism you rarely see from a player of his size. As expected based on the frame, he has plenty of power both in the bat and in the arm. He can play center although his future is likely in right field. When he makes contact at the plate the ball really jumps. That said, he does struggle to catch up to velocity at times as there are some long levers at the plate and he will expand the zone. He really needs to clean up the hit tool to be at least average, which he certainly can do, in order to reach his potential, and that potential is massive. | |||||||||||
