| Summary: Adamczewski’s left-handed bat is his ticket, built on explosive hands and advanced strike-zone awareness that give him a chance to impact the game offensively despite modest physicality. Since being signed overslot in the 15th round of 2023, he’s consistently produced, showing quick-twitch bat speed and a compact stroke that punishes pitches on the inner half. Some swing-and-miss remains against spin, but the overall offensive approach is trending up, built on timing, selectivity, growing strength, and elite bat speed. Defensively, Adamczewski’s fit on the dirt is tenuous. The hands are stiff, range limited, and throws can wander, keeping him tied to second base for now but leaving open a move to the outfield. His instincts and effort help mask some of the shortcomings, but improvement is needed for the glove to keep pace with the bat. Even with defensive uncertainty, the offensive tools give him a real shot to play every day. The quick bat, zone control, and developing power suggest an on-base–plus–slug blend capable of fitting into the top or middle of a lineup. If he can find even fringe-average stability in the field, Adamczewski’s bat gives him a chance to outperform his draft slot and emerge as one of Milwaukee’s more interesting late-round success stories. | |||||||||||
