Summary:
The foundation here is strike-throwing and repeatability. Harrison shows a clean, simple arm action from a three-quarters slot that allows him to fill the zone with confidence, working comfortably in the upper-80s to low-90s and touching 93. The fastball plays on command more than raw life right now, but the ease of the delivery and ability to repeat it give the pitch a chance to tick up as he continues to mature. He’s already comfortable mixing a full arsenal, showing feel for a low-80s breaking ball and a changeup he’s willing to throw in any count.

The secondary mix is still taking shape, but the ingredients are there. The curveball flashes usable depth, the slider shows tighter shape at times, and the changeup has consistent arm speed and separation. None are finished products yet, though the willingness to use all four pitches stands out for his age. With continued physical development and added strength, the velocity and breaking-ball quality should both climb. The overall look points to a starter track built on command, pitchability, and projection rather than present power, with upside tied to how much the stuff jumps as the body comes.
