| Summary: Brock is an exciting prospect with tools not often seen from one behind the dish. The ultra athletic backstop has posted sub 6.4 60 times while racking up 25 stolen bases for the Sooners in 2026. Brock has a simple compact swing with natural lift. He has posted exit velocities north of 112 mph with strong contact to all fields. Posting 10 home runs and racking up 43 RBI for the Sooners in 2026, Brock has continued to produce as he did at Southwestern Illinois College where he slashed .431/.541/.844. He has struggled at times with the change up and breaking ball, though as the 2026 season has progressed there has been marked improvement. He will need to cut down on strikeouts moving forward. The athleticism is present behind the plate where he showcases an above average arm. Pitch framing and blocking remain a work in progress. Brock has shown versatility defensively, manning all three outfield spots for Oklahoma. A 14th round draft pick of the Brewers in 2025, Brock rolled the dice to up his stock in 26′. As he continues to experience SEC caliber competition, Brock remains an intriguing prospect to watch as we approach the 2026 draft. | |||||||||||
