Summary:
The fastball is one of the better relief heaters in the system. Over-the-top mechanics generate exceptional ride from a mid-to-upper-90s fastball that touches 98 — the carry and approach angle allow it to get over barrels consistently when elevated, and the elite miss and chase rates at the top of the zone reflect a pitch that plays as a genuine plus offering rather than just raw velocity. The willingness to lean on it heavily gives the profile a clear identity, and the command to consistently locate it in the upper portion of the zone makes the high-usage approach sustainable.

A low-to-mid-80s sweeper with significant horizontal break gives him a secondary weapon against same-handed hitters as a chase pitch, and the fastball-sweeper combination gives the profile enough to carve out a bullpen role without a reliable third offering. A changeup is in development but lacks consistent results, and continued slider refinement would make the arsenal less predictable against both platoons — the fastball is good enough to survive without a true third option, but adding one would elevate the ceiling above middle relief.

Added to the 40-man ahead of the Rule 5 draft with a big league debut a realistic possibility, the profile fits a middle relief role where the fastball can operate at full intensity and the sweeper handles same-sided matchups. The floor is already in place — the ceiling depends on how much the secondary arsenal develops alongside the already elite heater.
