| Summary: There are a ton of tools to love with Dubovik, with the loudest being the arm which has been up to 94 on the mound and shows even better in the field. He is currently at third, although a move to right may be in his future due to a lack in first step quickness, once he gets going he has quality speed. Capable of putting up triple digit exit velocities off a tee with wood bat highlights the raw power in the bat, and he does a solid job translating that to in game power. His front foot is off the ground a long time, which does lead him to being off balance against good off-speed, but he does a good job of quieting that down with two strikes to help limit the strikeouts. While it is very much a power first profile, there is potential to improve the hit tool and become a much more well rounded player. | |||||||||||
