| Summary: Oklahoma has really hit the JuCo ranks hard with their pitching staff adding the Witherspoon brothers a season ago, then adding Gavyn Jones and Crossland for this season. He will run his fastball up to 96 but it works 93-94. His best pitch is a comfortable plus changeup that could be one of the best of its kind in this draft class. He has a slurvy breaking ball that really needs to improve in terms of sharpness and he needs to harness the command to become a starting pitcher candidate as a pro. However, if he does stick in the bullpen, that fastball can play up in shorter outings and the change is effective against both righties and lefties. | |||||||||||
