| Summary: On the mound, Arroyo is up to 95 from a low slot that he manipulates really well across the zone. He has a quality gyro slider and can get a solid change over as well. For me, he is more of a reliever long term, which is why I like him more at the plate. He has an above-average potential with the hit tool and true 70-grade raw power that could translate into plus power in game. He has good bat speed that allows him to handle all pitching, although a season in the ACC will certainly be a whole different challenge than he saw at the JuCo level last season. I don’t love him in the outfield, and believe his future is at first base. | |||||||||||
