| Summary: A switch hitting no doubt center fielder, Bullard has a ton of tools scouts love. He has 70 grade wheels along with some really good reads and routes, meaning he could be a plus defender at the position. At the plate, he has a higher hand set and leg hang load from both sides of the plate. He has cleaned up the hitch in his load and can get to the zone much better and has become solid bat-to-ball and does an excellent job of using the whole field. He is currently a doubles only hitter and there isn’t a ton of power projection, but low teens home run potential isn’t out of the question. Overall, this is a quick twitch, highly athletic prospect with some solid current tools at the plate combined with some projection there too. | |||||||||||
