| Summary: Few arms in the class bring as much projection as Blake Bryant, a long and wiry 6-foot-5 righty with a quick, whippy operation. His fastball already works 93–96 and has reached higher, jumping on hitters with ease from a slightly lower three-quarter slot. Even when the command wavers, the athleticism in his delivery and looseness in the arm stand out, giving evaluators plenty to dream on. The slider is his best secondary, living 78–81 with sharp two-plane action and flashing plus potential. He’ll also turn to a changeup in the mid-to-upper 80s that shows promising fade and could grow into a true third weapon with refinement. A splitter has begun to emerge as well, giving him another look to disrupt timing, while the curveball remains less used but part of his developmental mix. When locked in, Bryant has shown the ability to carve lineups with a three-pitch look. Physical projection and arsenal depth fuel a profile with frontline upside if the command continues to tighten. The combination of present velocity, a breaking ball already flashing plus, and room to add strength make Bryant one of the more high-ceiling arms in the 2026 class. | |||||||||||
