Summary:
Working from a very low slot with a slight cross-body action and an up-tempo delivery, the fastball sits 93-95 with heavy arm-side run and a flat approach angle that gives it value when elevated despite the below-average ride. A sweepy slider in the low-to-mid 80s with late depth gives him a legitimate secondary to work with from both sides of the plate, and a darting changeup with genuine sink and arm-side run to left-handed hitters has plus-or-better projection when the command holds — the best pitch in the arsenal at its best.

The pitchability and strike-throwing are already present, giving the three-pitch mix a usable foundation at the collegiate level. The bat-missing ability hasn’t fully arrived yet — the stuff plays more on command and movement than overwhelming swing-and-miss — and the changeup command wavers enough that the full arsenal isn’t consistently in play. As the stuff and command refine together at a high-level program, the profile has the ingredients to develop into something meaningful.

The back-end starter ceiling is the most likely outcome with the mid-rotation scenario achievable if the changeup takes the step it’s projecting toward and the slider continues to tighten. The willingness to handle a full workload this early and the quality of the secondary mix give the evaluation a strong foundation heading into the remainder of the collegiate career.
