| Summary: Brother of Joseph “JoJo” Parker, Jacob has incredible upside thanks to his true power. He swings from an upright slightly open stance the bat is heavy at contact and puts up some of the best exit velos in the class. The swing is short in terms of length, although he does get out of sync and out on the front foot too often against quality spin. While there is certainly swing and miss concerns, the power that comes when he does make contact gives him one of the higher upsides in the class at the plate. Defensively, he is an average runner at best, but the arm is good allowing him to project as a quality defender in right. Overall, the profile fits a corner outfield projection but there is certainly some risk in the profile at they plate despite the power tool. | |||||||||||
