| Summary: The best current offering for Fisher is a high spin fastball that gets up to 94 with cut and plenty of carry. The ball really jumps out of his hand and gets on hitters even quicker than the pure velo would suggest. He has a cutting slider and a curve with real depth to go along with a solid change that features late tail. He gets all his offerings over for strikes and there is not much effort in the delivery which, combined with his frame, points to a workhorse starter in the future. The upside likely isn’t much more than a number four starter, there is a solid floor here, and he would be a draft eligible sophomore if he makes it to campus. | |||||||||||
