| Summary: Selected in the second round by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2024 MLB Draft, Levonas turned down their offer and chose to head to the pitching lab at Wake Forest. He has a quality four pitch mix with his fastball and slider both featuring plus potential. He has been up to 97 with the fastball while the slider features high spin in the low-80s. He also mixes in a power 12-6 curveball, and a change that flashes plenty of fade, although it is by far the least polished pitch in the mix. He has a pretty high effort delivery but is super athletic on the mound which should allow that effort to work, although the command can really escape him at times. There is naturally a good amount of reliever risk here, but there is also front half of a rotation upside. | |||||||||||
