| Summary: Keljo has an athletic, controlled delivery from a 3/4 to higher slot, but he has struggled with command so far in his Oregon State career. His walk rates are coming down, but he is still more control over command, which is the one thing keeping him from being the next sure fire day one Beaver’s arm. He sits 92-94 but has touched 97 in shorter stents and it has some tail. He will snap off a slider that is at its best in the low-80s, but can get slurvy and into the high-70s at times. He has flashed some feel for a change that has some nice dip at the plate, but it has been a rarely used pitch thus far. He has back of rotation potential, but there is also a good chance the changeup does not develop enough and the command doesn’t get there, but the raw stuff is enough to make him a solid bullpen option. | |||||||||||
