| Summary: In case you haven’t heard, Corona High School has some real talent this year, in fact, one could argue it is the most talented roster of all time at a public school. While Seth Hernandez and Billy Carlson get a ton of attention as elite prospects with some two way potential, the player with the best argument on the roster to be drafted as a two way guy is Bingaman. He has an impressive feel for the barrel and is super relaxed at the plate and puts real back spin on the ball allowing the ball to carry well into the outfield and beyond. His future defensively would be second base, although he might be the fourth best defensive middle infielder on his team behind Carlson and the Ebel brothers, Brady and Trey. On the mound, he has a big fastball with a ton of carry through the zone. His curve is filthy with high spin that he snaps off well, and has a case for the best curve in the class. He does have a change that is well behind the other two pitches, and could contribute to him being relegated to the bullpen in pro ball. | |||||||||||
