| Summary: Proctor has long limbs, but stays compact through his swing well and can generate plenty of power. He has plenty of bat speed and can really lift it especially to the pull side, but it does also lead to him swinging and missing too often. Despite this, pure raw power is as big as any in the class, and the compact swing allows him to get to it more in game than the swing and miss risk would typically suggest. He is currently a shortstop, but that is very unlikely to be his future position. He has plenty of arm and could slide to third, although a move to right field could be in the cards too, so long as a team believes he can cover enough ground on the grass. | |||||||||||
