| Summary: George Mason always seemed to have a standalone timing game in the mid-week afternoons, leading me to watch a lot of their games and a lot of Quinn-Irons. There are a ton of tools here and plenty of physicality too. He has enough arm for right but showed really well in center this year where his plus speed and improved routes played really well. At the plate the contact is loud and he has comfortably plus raw power, but the hit tool leaves some questions as to how often he can get to it at the next level. If he gets a fastball he can absolutely destroy it, but he really struggles against secondary stuff. While his pitch recognition did improve in 2025, it is still the last piece of his game preventing him from being a potential star. Oh, and he was on my ballot for the Dick Howser Award this year! | |||||||||||
