| Summary: Seo was ranked 302 on my final ranks for the 2025 class, but ends up on campus with Florida where he will be a draft eligible sophomore in 2027. The delivery has some effort with a high leg kick and plenty of back bend, but he keeps his balance really well and repeats the delivery from a 3/4 to just lower slot. While he has been up to 95, the fastball sits more 92-93 although it plays up. His slider has solid two plane action at 76-79 although the depth can make it a bit slurvy at times. He also mixes in a change from 83-86 but it is very much a below average offering. While he does attack the zone, he is very much more control than command and the fact he is largely a two pitch guy points to him being a reliever long term, and that may be where he fits best with the Gators, especially if he can sit more consistently at the 95 velo rather than just touching it as he moves to short stints. | |||||||||||
