| Summary: LSU fans were thrilled when Anderson removed his name from the 2023 draft and announced he would be headed to campus, and rightfully so. While he still has a very projectable frame and a fastball up to 96, this draft eligible sophomore, it is the hammer curve that gets scouts excited. With the two pitches flirting with plus, Anderson was already a guy who had scouts talking, but he added a quality slider over the summer and showed more consistency on a change that now projects as potentially above average. Add to all that the fact he commands his stuff well and he is a college arm with reason to believe his stuff will all take big steps forward this and future years, and you have yourself a guy who could really rocket up boards this spring. | |||||||||||
