| Summary: Eyanson transferred to LSU from UC San Diego and hopes to prove his worth in the SEC in his draft eligible sophomore season. He has a big leg lift, even when in the stretch which will need to be cleaned up to control the running game better, and fires from a 3/4 to a bit higher slot. The arm is loose and he fills the zone with a fastball up to 97 and a curve that is a double plus upside 12-6 hammer. He does have a slider although it can get slurvy at times. He also works in a split change that has looked decent at times but is definitely behind the other offerings. Overall, he has the arsenal and delivery to project him as a starter long term, and this season in the SEC will go a long way in determining just how high his draft stock can rise. | |||||||||||
