| Summary: On the bump, Flemming has a low effort delivery with a fastball up to 93 and a quality curve, but his future is as a position player. The lefty bat is currently hit over power, but the raw power gives him more upside there. In the field he is not the quickest nor does he have great range, but he has decent hands and has a chance to stick at short. The arm is also certainly enough for the left side. There are quite a wide range of outcomes for his future, but the top is as a power hitting, solid average shortstop, while there is also an average power third baseman risk. I believe third will be his best position defensively long term where he can be an above average defender and his power potential can play, although there are some holes in his swing he will need to clean up. | |||||||||||
