| Summary: Bristol has long limbs that he does struggle to repeat at times, especially out of the stretch, but he has a good sense of how to pitch giving him better pitchability than the current command would suggest, that said he does throw plenty of strikes. He has a fastball that sits mostly 91-93 but been up to 96 and really plays up thanks to run and plenty of carry as well which helps it play above the current velo. His slider is in the upper 70s into the low 80s and has, some inconsistencies in term of shape, as there have been outings that it has more curve action than slider, but there is enough depth, both down breaking and sweep, that it is solid no matter what you call it. He has flashed the changeup at times in the low 80s but it is a distant third offering currently. | |||||||||||
