| Summary: Despite being very much on the small side, Cunningham packs some legit raw power thanks to his absurdly quick bat. The stroke from the left side is also very smooth and he is able to turn his hands over well lacing line drives to all fields. Striking out is not much of a concern here either, as he has the ability to handle the whole plate and solid pitch recognition. The speed is plus and he has solid natural instincts on the bases. In the field he has the range and actions to be a solid shortstop and plenty of arm for it too. While to power profile isn’t what you typically see from a guy at the very top of the draft, the upside for Cunningham is that of the best player in the draft. | |||||||||||
