| Summary: Bumila is a massive left handed pitcher with a big fastball who will be young for his class in 2026, aka a profile for scouts to dream and drool over. He gets plenty of drive from his lower half and throws from a rather low 3/4 slot, so nothing he throws is straight. That fastball sits in the lower 90s but has been up to 97 with plenty of projection left, and it isn’t just the velo as he has a ton or run to the arm side and some sink to it too. His best secondary offering is his changeup that has a ton of upside with good velo and plenty of tail, although he needs refinement in arm speed and tunneling. His slider is a sweeping mid-70s offering that is incredibly raw and you can tell he doesn’t have complete trust in it yet. With some funk in the delivery and inconsistencies in release point/command, there is still a ton of work to be done here, but in terms of pure potential, this is as loud an arm as there is in the 2026 class. | |||||||||||
