The top of the prep class in 2025 does not rival the college talent currently, but there are a ton of players with massive upside. Ethan Holliday will look to join his brother as a first overall pick, while Seth Hernandez has long been the top arm in the class and has a shot to be the first ever high school right hander to go 1-1. The depth of shortstops this year is impressive, and there is a quality race to be the first LHP off the board between Kruz Schoolcraft and Cameron Appenzeller.
